2020 Fairdale Bikes

At Fairdale we know that the essence of what’s great about bike riding is that exhilarating sense of freedom you feel from balancing on two wheels for miles at a time. Whether you’re sprinting to a city limit sign, or just leisurely coasting on a long, winding downhill, it’s a magical sensation that is somehow natural, intuitive and thoroughly enjoyable.

We keep the pursuit of that simple feeling in mind whenever we sit down to talk about making a new bike. For 2020 we’re introducing the Macaroni, our first bike for kids, and a freshly redesigned Weekender that allows for bigger tires and different wheel size options.

You’ll also find some carefully selected upgrades on some of our most popular models. We hope you’ll enjoy riding our bikes as much as we loved making them for you. Have a great ride!

2020 Macaroni

The Macaroni is a new bike that’s designed to get kids riding quickly in comfort and style. We created it around the BMX principals of having a bike that is durable enough for everyday use and that will also be simple to maintain over the years.

2020 Express

The Express is a fast machine for urban riding, commuting and fun. Don’t overthink or over-complicate the bicycle, just hop on an Express and ride.

2020 Taj

The Taj is a bike that you can ride in any way your mood takes you. If you want to sit down and pedal this bike as a cruiser, it's happy to do so. Wanna ride a trail? The meaty 2.2" Maxxis tires will provide the traction you need. See a skatepark or pump track you want to play on? Go for it!

2020 Flyer

The Flyer is a simple bike. That’s a good thing.

You won’t find finicky technology that needs constant adjustment, or a saddle position based on aerodynamic studies. Instead, you will find a bike designed to "just go for a ride". The Flyer will remind you that just balancing on two wheels can feel magical.

2020 Lookfar

The Lookfar makes cruising and commuting easy.

One simple trigger shifter changes the gears up-or-down through all 7-speeds. The bike’s 42mm wide Continental tires feel fast on smooth ground while still confidently handling rough terrain. It also shares similar proven geometry as our ever-popular Weekender model.

2020 Weekender Archer

One of the first Fairdales that we ever made was the Weekender. We envisioned a “light-tourer” that would work as a weekday commuter and a weekend getaway machine. Over the years we have refined the Weekender, but its focus has stayed the same. The riding position is comfortable for the long haul or an evening ride.

Weekender Nomad

While it can easily handle being a weekday commuter on rough city roads, it really shines when you take it for a long haul. The Weekender Nomad’s 100% 4130 chromoly frame and fork will welcome virtually anything that you can throw it.
